My Story

I’ve always loved an organized life. Whether it’s planning my wedding or renovating our home, I’m a project manager at heart.

With 10 years of corporate experience as a Personal Assistant and Operations Manager, I learned exactly what it takes to keep businesses running efficiently. Then, after launching and running my own fitness business for eight years, I truly understood the challenges of wearing all the hats and trying to do it all alone.

When I became a mum, I saw firsthand just how precious our time is. That’s when I decided to take my expertise and turn it into SheMeansBizVA—a business dedicated to helping small business owners like you stay organized, efficient, and stress-free.

Now, I use all my career experience to support female business owners by handling the behind-the-scenes work—whether it’s streamlining admin tasks, managing social media, or creating standout branding materials.
